Thalictrum petaloideum Linnaeus, Species Plantarum, ed. 2, 1: 771. 1762.

Neotype (Hand in Jarvis & al. in Taxon 54: 470. 2005): Herb. Linn. No. 713.30 (LINN).

Current name: Thalictrum petaloideum L. (Ranunculaceae).

Note: Specific epithet spelled “petalodeum” in the protologue.
