Eryngium trifidum Linnaeus, Demonstr. Pl. Horto Upsaliensi: 8. 1753.

Type not designated.

Original material: [icon] in Barrelier, Pl. Galliam: 62, t. 36. 1714.

Current name: Eryngium sp. (Apiaceae).

Note: The application of this name is uncertain and the identity of the only original material, a Barrelier illustration, suggests that E. trifidum may be a candidate for rejection.
