Gnaphalium petiolatum Linnaeus, Species Plantarum 2: 854. 1753.

Lectotype (Hilliard & Burtt in Notes Roy. Bot. Gard. Edinburgh 32: 357, 384. 1973): Herb. Clifford: 402, Gnaphalium 16 (BM-000647012).
Current name: Staehelina petiolata (L.) Hilliard & B.L. Burtt (Asteraceae).
