Description
Marrubium supinum Linnaeus, Species Plantarum 2: 583. 1753.
"Habitat in Hispania, G. Narbonensi." RCN: 4256.
Lectotype (Seybold in Jarvis & al. in Taxon 50: 513. 2001): Herb. Clifford: 312, Marrubium 6 (BM-000646090).
Current name: Marrubium supinum L. (Lamiaceae).
Note: Lacaita (in J. Linn. Soc., Bot. 47: 165-166. 1925) provided an examination of the different elements associated with this name but did not formally designate a type.
