Basionym of: Spilanthes pseudoacmella (L.) L. (1774).
Lectotype (Koster & Philipson in Blumea 6: 349, f. 2. 1950): Herb. Hermann 3: 29, No. 308 (BM-000621911).
Current name: Eclipta prostrata (L.) L. (Asteraceae).
