Description
Herniaria glabra Linnaeus, Species Plantarum 1: 218. 1753.
"Habitat in Europae apricis, glareosis, siccis." RCN: 1794.
Lectotype (Pugsley in J. Bot. 68: 214. 1930): Herb. Linn. No. 312.1 (LINN).
Generitype of Herniaria Linnaeus (vide Hitchcock, Prop. Brit. Bot.: 137. 1929).
Current name: Herniaria glabra L. (Caryophyllaceae).
