Description

Fucus divaricatus Linnaeus, Species Plantarum 2: 1159. 1753.

"Habitat in Anglia, Lusitania." RCN: 8272, 8311.

Lectotype (Fletcher in Spencer & al. in Taxon, in press): Löfling 39 , Herb. Linn. No. 1274.50 (LINN).

Current name: Fucus vesiculosus L. (Fucaceae).
