Material examined. CAR. Dzanga-Sangha SR, Camp 3, 10.II.2005, P.Annoyer (1♂); Bayanga, 22.I.2012 (light), SANGHA2012 Team (1♂) (BMPC); Dzanga-Ndoki NP, Lake 7, 2–3.II.2012, 12.II.2012 (light), SANGHA2012 Team (2♂); Lake 3, 25–26.II.2012 (light), P. Annoyer (1♀) (BMPC & PAPC).

Distribution. P. elegans is known only from the wide area of the Dzanga-Ndoki NP (Massa 2013).
