Cucumaria solangeae Martins & Souto, 2015

Cucumaria solangeae Martins & Souto, 2015: 370–373, figs 7–8.

Material examined. No material could be analyzed. The data given below is based on the literature.

Type locality. Pituba Beach, Salvador, Bahia, Brazil (Martins & Souto 2015).

Diagnosis. Fusiform body, tube feet arranged in double rows restricted to the radii. Tentacles 10, two most ventral smaller. Calcareous ring compact and simple, lacking posterior processes; plates laterally united at the base. Body wall ossicles consist in knobbed buttons; introvert and tentacles have rods; tube feet with supporting rods and endplate; anal region with plates (Martins & Souto 2015).

Geographical distribution. Pituba Beach, Salvador, Bahia, Brazil; in intertidal zone (Martins & Souto 2015).
