Description
235. Emrahia acanthis (Meyrick, 1920)
Polychrosis acanthis Meyrick, 1920; Exotic Microlepid. 2: 348.
TL: India, Bengal, Pusa [now in Bihar].
Distribution: India (Bihar, Himachal Pradesh, Karnataka, Punjab, Uttarakhand); Nepal; Sri Lanka; Thailand (Robinson et al. 1994).
Host: Larvae have been reared from stems and leaves of Justicia gendarussa (Acanthaceae) (Meyrick 1920; Fletcher 1932; Diakonoff 1982).
