= Laspeyresia platydryas Meyrick, 1932; Exotic Microlepid. 4: 226.
TL: India, Tamil Nadu, Coimbatore, Madras (malesana); Southern Rhodesia [= Zimbabwe], Salisbury (platydryas).
Distribution: India (Tamil Nadu); Thailand; Zimbabwe (Rose & Pooni 2003, 2005; Pinkaew 2006).
Hosts: Larvae feed on Cassia auriculata, Parkinsonia aculeata, and Senna corymbosa (Fabaceae) (Meyrick 1920; Fletcher 1921, 1932; Beeson 1941).
Illustrations: Adult and genitalia (Clarke 1958: 443).
