Description
WheatFspm is a Functional Structural Plant Model (FSPM) of wheat based on an innovative modelling framework for a better understanding of grass morphogenesis and C-N economy in interaction with environmental conditions. The public repository is available at https://github.com/openalea-incubator/WheatFspm The present archive provides the model sources (WheatFspm.zip) used to generate the simulations presented in Gauthier et al. (2020).
