It includes scripts and data files to allow for the replication of the figures. PDF and SVG figures were generated using :

• Python 3.7.5
• Numpy 1.16.2
• Matplotlib 3.0.2
• TeX Live 2013/Debian (including package type1ec.sty v1.1)

Most of the final figures were then assembled using LibreOffice 4.2.8.2 (whose files are also provided).
