JennaVergeynst/time_synchronization: Code for time synchronisation of an acoustic positioning system

First release of time synchronisation code. The code was developed for use on the Vemco Positioning System, but can probably be used also in other acoustic positioning systems that make use of autonomous hydrophones and synchronisation transmitters.
