School and community are two issues that have also been concerned with pedagogues, sociologists, psychologists, philosophers, anthropologists, etc., each trying to capture the aspects that contribute to their functioning mechanisms, the agents involved, and their involvement in promoting education. Today we are witnessing the development of a true social stream that has at its heart the community and its development. Most of the times, the terms and expressions used by practitioners, specialists, and even ordinary people are confused, we encounter a great deal of semantic diversity in this issue. The school is one of the central institutions of the community, it has specific roles but can not function and can not develop without taking into account the specificity of the community in which it operates. The activity of the school, generally of education, is an organized training and education process whereby a person achieves a certain degree of physical, intellectual and spiritual training, established by the state, and obtains the respective certificate of education
The education system comprises the network of state educational institutions of different levels and guidelines, as well as the governing bodies of education, institutions and enterprises subordinated to them. The quality of services provided by the education system is ensured by actors at different levels of the system.
