This is version 1 of code for simulating target patterns in a 2d array of oscillators with nonlocal coupling. The code computes the phase dynamics of these oscillators using a nonlocal viscous eikonal equation with an inhomogeneity. The method used for solving the equation is an ETD that uses spectral methods for the linear part and an RK4 method for integrating the nonlinearities.
