ПРИЙОМИ ФОРМУВАННЯ ПОЗИТИВНОЇ МОТИВАЦІЇ МАЙБУТНІХ МЕНЕДЖЕРІВ ДО ЗДІЙСНЕННЯ СОЦІАЛЬНОЇ ВЗАЄМОДІЇ У ПРОФЕСІЙНІЙ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ

Description

Ways of formation of positive motivations for the implementation of social interaction in professional activity in the process of teaching them humanitarian disciplines in higher educational institutions are considered in the article. The author singles out a number of factors that contribute to the formation of positive motivation of students to acquire knowledge, skills and abilities: awareness of the immediate and final learning goals; theoretical and practical significance of the obtained knowledge; emotional form of exposition of teaching material; professional orientation of educational activity; creation of problematic situations in the structure of educational activity; the presence of cognitive psychological climate in the training group. As the main ways of forming a positive motivation for the implementation of social interaction by future managers, the author suggests updating the content of the educational material with a view of students awareness of importance of gaining knowledge, skills and abilities of social interaction for implementation in professional activities; the introduction of various forms and methods of conducting studies that imitate the specific features of future professional activities related to social interaction; the use of active forms of education, problem training, didactic (role-playing, business) games; specially organized individual work; application of group forms of organization of educational process as a stimulus of activity for all students; definition, clarity, reasoning and transparency of the system of assessing students' knowledge; encouraging of students to self-evaluation of knowledge, to assess the knowledge of their comrades. The characteristics of methods and techniques aimed at developing the ability to motivate oneself to acquire the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities for social interaction, to form a desire for partnership communication with participants in joint activities, and the establishment of productive interpersonal interaction in professional activity are given. The author gives examples of exercises and tasks that contribute to the formation of positive motivation of future managers to engage in social interaction in professional activities, which is a necessary component in the competence paradigm of a modern specialist in this field.
