GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS OF RESPONSIBILITY FOR CRIMES RELATED TO THE ILLEGAL REMOVAL OF HUMAN ORGANS AND (OR) TISSUES

This article considers the problem of illegal removal of human organs and tissues as a serious criminal offense. The author analyzes criminal and civil liability for such actions, identifies the main problems in this area, such as insufficient control and lack of information. The article suggests ways to solve the problem, including strengthening control, an information campaign and the development of legislation.
