Paleoclimate Data Assimilation with CLIMBER-X: An ensemble Kalman filter for the Last Deglaciation

These are the required files and the CLIMBER-X model coupeled with PDAF that was used to obtain the results that are presented in the paper "Paleoclimate Data Assimilation with CLIMBER-X: An ensemble Kalman filter for the Last Deglaciation". This paper will be published in PLOS ONE journal.
