Transição agroecológica e sistemas agroflorestais: gerando resiliência socioeconômica e ambiental nas comunidades quilombolas de Alcântara/MA.

This partial report presents the main advances in the development of the project "Agroecological transition and agroforestry systems: generating socioeconomic and environmental resilience in the quilombola communities of Alcântara/MA", developed within the framework of CEBRAP Sustainability's "Itinerant Chair on Productive Inclusion in Rural and Inland Brazil".
In this context, based on a systematic literature review, the advances and reflections on the production system of itinerant agriculture and the experiences of transition to more sustainable agroecological systems developed in the Amazon biome are presented. In addition, preliminary results are presented on the perception of risk (probability of threats to systems) and the lessons learned during the process of transition from swidden farming with fire (itinerant agriculture) to swidden farming without fire through the implementation of agroforestry systems, with family farmers from the quilombola remnant communities of Alcântara/MA, Eastern Amazonia.

Este relatório parcial apresenta os principais avanços no desenvolvimento do projeto “Transição agroecológica e sistemas agroflorestais: gerando resiliência socioeconômica e ambiental nas comunidades quilombolas de Alcântara/MA”, desenvolvido no marco do projeto “Cátedra Itinerante Inclusão Produtiva no Brasil rural e interiorano do CEBRAP Sustentabilidade”.
Nesse contexto, baseados numa revisão sistemática de literatura são apresentados os avanços e reflexões em torno do sistema produtivo da agricultura itinerante e as experiências de transição para sistemas mais sustentáveis de base agroecológica desenvolvida no bioma amazônico. Adicionalmente, são apresentados os resultados preliminares da percepção do risco (probabilidade de ocorrer ameaças aos sistemas) e as lições aprendidas durante o processo de transição de roça com fogo (agricultura itinerante) para roça sem fogo através da implementação de sistemas agroflorestais, com agricultores familiares das comunidades remanescentes quilombolas de Alcântara/MA, Amazônia Oriental.
