Description
This version was used for the paper "Valuing maintenance strategies for fusion plants as part of a future electricity grid", for the MedOppMaintenance-rev5 runs which have maintenance strategies (see paper for definition) m:n with m>1. Special constraints allow pairs of resources to share limited capacity and energy budgets.
