The field of political science underwent a significant transformation in reaction to the war-induced disruptions. The consequences of the Second World War precipitated a transformation in the sway and advancement of political science. In the aftermath of World conflict II, the field of political science had a growing emphasis on comprehending and examining the worldwide scope of the conflict. Moreover, the increase in financial support for social sciences, such as political science, was motivated by the need to understand and control human behavior in other countries (Barron, 2023). The transition from a constitutional state to a democracy is evident in the change of influence, along with the emergence of fresh viewpoints about the impact of education and social work on forming societies (Bie et al., 2013). The changes in political science were additionally shaped by the geographical and thematic transition of anthropological investigation, with funding from organizations such as the Rockefeller Foundation and Ford Foundation playing a crucial role in directing research towards the emerging nations in Asia and Africa (Kwon, 2020). Following World War II, there was a significant increase in government funding for fundamental scientific research, including the field of political science. This investment aimed to promote democratic and enlightened principles, as well as to anticipate advancements in technology (Giner-Sorolla, 2018). In general, the Second World War and its consequences resulted in a transformation in the impact and progress of political science. The aftermath of the Second World War resulted in a substantial transformation in the impact and progression of political science.
