Description

Rehabilitation of children with musculoskeletal disorders by means of physical culture is currently developing in all regions of Russia due to the difficulty of acquiring and updating foreign equipment. In addition to the physical impact on the child, it is necessary to create conditions for his socialization and adaptation to adulthood with existing health disorders. The economic component of the rehabilitation process often becomes the problem that the parents of a child with health problems solve from the first day of diagnosis. The research described in this article was carried out as part of the implementation of the R&D Support Program for Students, postgraduates and persons with academic degrees, funded by the Government of the Republic of Karelia. The authors provide an economic justification for the benefits of rehabilitation of a child with health disorders in the region of residence. The study conducted by the authors revealed significant factors for parents that influence the choice of rehabilitation methods for a child with this disease. The authors analyzed the available scientific background on the research topic, the legislative framework, as well as publications in this field. An analysis of collected information by methods of mathematical statistics made it possible to prove that rehabilitation of children with musculoskeletal disorders is economically more profitable in the regions of residence, in particular in the Republic of Karelia. The simulator developed and created during a student project for the verticalization of children in figure skating training can help with it.
