Description
Diaulota oharai Ahn & Yoo, 2018

Diaulota oharai Ahn & Yoo in Song et al., 2018: 933 (original description; type locality: Hokkaido, Nemuro, Rausu, Tengu-iwa).
Material examined. Japan: Hokkaidô: 1 male, 1 female, 2 unsexed, Rausu-chô, Tengu-iwa, 4. IX. 2020, Y. Tasaku (KUM, cYT); 1 unsexed, Nemuro-shi, Bettôga, Tengu-iwa, 2. VII. 2021, K. Haga (KUM).
Diagnosis. It is distinguished from other species of the genus by the following combination of characteristics: body bicolored, head and pronotum reddish brown, abdomen black (Figs. 13A & B); infraorbital carina long, reaching to eye; tarsal formula 4-4-5.
Habitat. This species was collected from rock crevices on rocky shores rich in seaweed.
Distribution. Japan: eastern Hokkaidô.
