InaMo

This project contains a reusable, reproducible, understandable, and extensible reimplementation of the one-dimensional model of the rabbit atrioventricular node by Inada et al. (2009).
This version introduces the following changes:

• Documentation now has proper introduction text
• Adds individual components to HTML documentation
• Basic structure for more detailed HTML documentation of model features
• Release script now also generates FMU of InaMo.Examples.FullCell.AllCells.
  This FMU is built with FMI 2.0 for co-simulation and model exchange on 64 bit Linux systems.
• Explicit install commands for the Modelica Standard Library in unit tests and documentation files

Changed

• Uses Julia 1.6 instead of 1.5
• GitHub Actions workflows now use setup-openmodelica action and also install omlib-modelica-3.2.3

Fixed

• lxml and svgpathtools were missing in requirements.txt
• Manifest.toml for tests and docs needed update due to failing precompilations
