This is the first release of the UK Housing Market Agent-Based Model in Python inspired by the works of the original PwC UK Housing Market Model by Gilbert, N, Hawksworth, J C, and Sweeney, P (2008) 'An Agent-based Model of the UK Housing Market'. This open-source agent-based model was developed for academic research purposes only and is an ongoing project. The project was funded by the following research grants:
