Adrenal Hemorrhagic Cyst in the Neonatal Period

Adrenal cysts are rare and mostly seen as incidental lesions. The incidence is reported to be 0.06 to 0.18%. Although adrenal cysts have been observed in all age groups,they are very rarely seen in the neonatal period and childhood.

A case of a hemorrhagic adrenal cyst in a newbon who was monitored during its antenatal period because of an intraabdominal mass.

Yenidoğan Döneminde Adrenal Hemorajik Kist

Adrenal kistler ender görülen ve genellikle insidental olarak saptanan lezyonlardır. İnsidansı % 0.06-0.18 olarak bildirilmiştir. Adrenal kistler, tüm yaş gruplarında görülebilmekledir; çocukluk ve yenidoğan döneminde ise çok daha ender rastlanmaktadır.

Burada antenatal dönemde batın içi kitle nedeniyle takip edilen yenidoğan dönemindeki hemorajik adrenal kist vakasu sunulacaktır.
