Abstract: The article is devoted to the problem of studying the teachers’ state of occupational health and finding ways of its preservation and strengthening under the conditions of quarantine, caused by a coronavirus infection. To study the general state of teachers’ occupational health, we used Google Forms questionnaire, which had been developed by the authors of the research. The questionnaire included defining the characteristics of teachers’ motivation to engage in healthy activities, the study of the internal picture of occupational health, and their emotional well-being at school before and during the quarantine. The focus of the research was the analysis of the main psychological indicators of occupational health (emotional well-being, occupational stress resistance, satisfaction from teaching), considering the length of working in a school, type of school, gender. The results of the study of teachers' occupational health and its comprehensive analysis served as the basis for determin ing the content and form of providing them with consulting services. The study presents functions, directions, and the program of the Center of Pedagogical Consulting to preserve and strengthen teachers' occupational health, identify the opportunities to use digital technologies in the implementing of pedagogical consulting under quarantine restrictions, associated with the COVID-19 pandemic.
