The results of trochanteric varus osteotomy were reviewed 2 years and 2 months to 12 years and 1 month (mean, 5 years and 7 months) after operation. We evaluated the results according to the J. O. A. 's score and radiographic findings.
Clinically, 12 cases (92.6%) showed good or excellent results. The clinical results had relation to the enlargement of joint space and continuous Shenton's lines, but little relation to CE angles.
