Caveats
With respect to time resolution: 24 sec timing changes and is not necessarily constant, depending on the mode that the instrument happens to be in. Not only does the period/interval between each point change, the duration over which the data were taken can change as well. There are several variables in the data files which are not populated in the publicly available data product. These variables include EDENS, TEMP, QP, QM, QT, REDF, and VSW.

FLUX
Description

Electron number flux 100eV-30keV in 15 energy and 8 angle bins. The first dimension corresponds to 15 time dependent energy bands (parameter ENERGY,centered from ~100 eV to ~30keV). The 2nd dimension corresponds to 8 time dependent pitch angles (parameter PANGLE, ranging from ~15 deg to ~165 deg)relative to the magnetic field direction
