ABSTRACT

Understanding means to experience the inner world of others. Teachers should consider students’ motivations and reasons from the perspective of the student’s psychological development, and improve their knowledge and understanding of their behavior. Only then it is possible for teachers to achieve effective communication with students to truly solve behavior problems. Therefore, first, teachers should fully understand students; second, teachers should see issues from perspective of students; third, teachers should give students the opportunity to express themselves. Teachers fully understand students, help establish a communication platform between teachers and students, and help to form effective communication between teachers and students. Good teacher-student communication helps students accept the messages and expectations conveyed by teachers and helps to promote students’ development and growth.
