The author's experiment, made on a sampled-data control (open-loop) apparatus which consists of a detector and a sampler in the control element, showed that it could reduce the unevenness of card slivers.
The apparatus consists of two parallel forward loops. In other words, it has two detectors, two samplers for two drawing delivery, a sampler in the control element and a servo motor. The present article shows that more than one sliver can be controlled by this apparatus, which receives input signals from two or more slivers simultaneously and controls their unevenness individually.
