Abstract: Beneficiation of a Pb-Zn tailings containing 44.98% CaF2 was conducted by flotation using sodium hexametaphosphate and new reagents S180. Details of reagent consumption, adding reagents at different stages and concentration of flotation pulp were investigated. Through all the investigation, an optimum reagent system and flowsheet were established. Finally, a marketable fluorite concentrate assaying 98.32% CaF2 with the recovery of 95.00% was obtained by one rougher,6 cleaners and 2 scavengers.

Abstract: A lead sulphide ore sample containing 4.64%Pb, 17.38g/t Ag was subjected to this experimental study and taken from a mine in Sichuan province, China. In this study, the effects of different parameters such as optimum mesh of grind, selection of collectors and modifiers, dosages of the reagents, flotation flowsheet were investigated and developed. A lead concentrate assaying 57.77% Pb and 205.6 g/t Ag can be obtained at the recovery of 93.37% and 88.72%, respectively, by applying two roughing, one cleaning and one scavenging operations. The dosages of the reagents in first roughing stage are 500g/t sodium silicate, 150g/t BuX (Butyl xanthate) and 45g/t terpineol, while these in second roughing and scavenging operations are half and quarter of the above.

Abstract: This study is to investigate the beneficiating possibility of a low grade lead ore in Yunnan by current mineral processing technology. A low grade lead ore sample assaying 1.14%Pb and 5.72g/t Ag was used in tests. In the experiment, gravity pre-concentration to discard the tailings and the effects of grinding fineness, types and dosages of reagents in roughing were investigated. On the basis on optimum condition of roughing, a close circuit flowsheet was put forward. A lead concentrate assaying 47.02% Pb and 192.36g/t Ag was obtained with the recovery 73.59% and 65.12%, respectively. It gives some valuable information for the Owner in making a decision in utilization the ore economically.

Abstract: The sewage diffusion is an environmental material for protecting marine environment. It plays an important role in port engineering. Its effect under deep water was carried out between different diffuser design parameters based on the hydraulic model test, and YangKou sewage marine disposal project was taken as an example. For YangKou project, jet angle was controlled to be 0 degree, and horizontal angle was controlled to be 0 degree. It not only can ensure that sewage fully diluted mixed, also can avoid the premature convergence and sewage lifting. It is feasible for selecting large angle nozzle under deep water and there are some technical bases have been provided for other sewage marine disposal project.

Abstract: In order to meet the demand of wastewater physical properties in low temperature, vacuum evaporation equipment design for potato starch processing wastewater treatment, the way is used to collect physical properties data and listed in table, then equations have been gotten from curve fit way with multi parameters calculation expression of potato processing wastewater, multi parameters mainly about: the density, viscosity, thermal conductivity and heat enthalpy, boiling point, heat capacity and engineering calculation formula of concentration with temperature. From then on, physical properties data of potato starch processing wastewater can be easy to get from the formula, just input the temperature and the concentration into these calculation formulas, it is the foundation for design and calculation of process devices.

Abstract: A novel sol-gel hybrid material was synthesized based on sol-gel method using TEOS as precursors, KH570 as modifying agent, and EGDMA as cross linking agent. The obtained hybrid material exhibited excellent affinity to clenbuterol and florfenicol, and successfully applied to the home-made miniaturized SPE device for extraction and clean-up of clenbuterol and florfenicol from milk samples. Under the optimized conditions, the consumption of the hybrid material as SPE sorbent was low to 20 mg. Satisfactory linearity ranging from 0.2-20 μg/mL were obtained with r20.9990, and the recoveries at three spiked levels were ranged from 90.7-103.7% with RSD less than 2.7%.

Abstract: Ni-TiB2-Gd2O3 composite coatings were prepared by electrodeposition method from a nickel cetyltrimethylammonium bromide and hexadecylpyridinium bromide solution containing TiB2 and Gd2O3 particles. The composite coatings were characterized with X-ray diffraction (XRD), atomic emission spectrometer (ICP-AES), scanning electron microcopy (SEM) and energy- dispersive analyses of X-ray (EDAX), respectively. That the codesposition of TiB2 and Gd2O3 into the coatings were demonstrated by XRD, EDAX, ICP-AES and SEM. TiB2 and Gd2O3 entered the lattice of Ni. The incorporation of TiB2 and Gd2O3 particles in the matrix can largely reduce the wear of the nickel composite coatings.

Abstract: The nanomaterial have been widely used in the stadium, sports turf, track, sports apparel, sports equipment and sports supplements, but nanomaterials may have a negative impact on the cell, lung, liver, kidney and brain tissue, biological safety. So we should pay attention to and strengthen the biological study of nanomaterials when we are making full use of positive effect of nanomaterials in developing sports engineering.
