Modelling and Simulation with Fine Element Method to the Processing of Sheet Metal Finning

Article Preview

Abstract:

The purpose of the paper is to establish the stress state on the piece triangular profile of the corrugated, submissive under the influence of an equally spread pressure. The results of the analysis make an estimative model for experimental approach of the behaviour of corrugated metallic diaphragms, also allowing the comparison of the results obtained by modelling, using the finite elements method with the experimental ones.
