Finishing Effect and Uniformity on Gas-Particle Two-Phase Swirling Flows Finishing for Hole Surface

Article Preview

Abstract:

For precise hole surfaces, the burr severely affects products’ performance and service life. Considering specific conditions of hole surface finishing, a new method of gas-particle two-phase swirling flows finishing is brought up. By experimental analysis, finishing effect and axial uniformity are defined, which provides credible basis for thorough research, equipment design and industrial application.
