The units for the flux densities in Table 1 are not Janskys as indicated, but instead milliJanskys. This affects the IRAS PSC and FSC, the Akari IRC and FIS, and the MSX flux densities. Thanks to Sylvain Guéhenneux of VizieR at CDS for finding this error.
