In the original published form, this paper reported incorrect values for the light curve fit parameters for supernovae (SNe) GND13Sto and GND12Col. These erroneous values were only used in the text itself, and did not propagate into any figures, tables or into the analysis of the inferred distances for these objects. In Section 4.3 the correct values for SN GND13Sto at redshift z = 1.80 are: time of peak tpk = 56482.1 ± 1.2, light curve shape x1 = −0.47 ± 0.68, color c = −0.02 ± 0.07, and peak apparent magnitude mB = 26.14 ± 0.07. The original version of Figure 7 correctly shows this maximum likelihood Type Ia model, which has χ2 = 10.9 for 12 degrees of freedom. In Section 5.2 the correct values for SN GND12Col at z = 2.26 are tpk = 56077.4 ± 5.6, x1 = 0.15 ± 1.06, c = 0.04 ± 0.13, and mB = 26.80 ± 0.07. The original Figure 10 correctly shows the maximum likelihood Type Ia SN model, which has χ2 = 15.2 for 19 degrees of freedom.
