2015年重庆市健康人群百日咳抗体水平特征分析

Epidemiological analysis on antibody level to pertussis in healthy population in Chongqing,2015

  • 摘要: 目的 通过横断面调查方式监测重庆市健康人群血清百日咳毒素(PT)抗体水平以了解人群百日咳鲍特菌(Bordetella pertussis,BP)感染流行病学特征,推断不同年龄组百日咳真实发病水平,指导重庆地区人群百日咳疫情防控策略。方法 采用分层抽样方法抽取重庆市6个区(县)6个年龄组共1 080名健康对象开展问卷调查和PT抗体检测。结果 PT-IgG均值为5.53 IU/ml,PT-IgG阳性率为1.17%(11/944),15岁人群PT-IgG均值最高(F=1.48,P=0.19)。结论 本次血清学监测发现人群BP感染率较高,且15岁人群PT-IgG阳性率最高,表明重庆市百日咳尤其是成年人百日咳实际发病水平远高于报告水平,现行的百日咳被动监测系统敏感性有待提高。

     

    Abstract: Objective A cross-sectional study was conducted to investigate sero-prevalence of IgG to pertussis toxin (PT) in healthy population in Chongqing,estimate incidence of pertussis and provide scientific evidence for pertussis control.Methods A total of 1 080 healthy residents in 6 age groups were selected with stratified sampling from 6 districts in Chongqing.A questionnaire survey was conducted among all the subjects and blood samples were taken from them for the test of IgG to PT.Results The overall positive rate of anti PT IgG was 1.17%(11/944) with the mean concentration of 5.53 IU/ml,the highest antibody level was detected in age group 15 years (F=1.48,P=0.19).Conclusion This study found that Bordetella pertussis infection rate was actually high in healthy population in 6 districts of Chongqing,especially in age group 15 years,indicating that the incidence of pertussis might been underestimated in Chongqing and suggesting that it is necessary to improve the sensitivity of current pertussis surveillance system.
