On the Supervision of Fintech Based on International Practical ExperienceChinese Full Text

Abstract: In recent years, the scale of Fintech relevant business is increasing fast, which caused a big shock on supervision system. For example, vague boundary of financial business, breaks the time and space limit of financial risk transfer, accelerates the transfer speed of financial risk, and increases the possibility of systematic financial risk. The international supervision organization establishes an expert team to analyze the development path of Fintech and potential risk, at the same time, according to the service attribute of Fintech,to enact a suitable supervision system. Using reference of supervision model and measure from UK、US and so on, supervising the Fintech in China should notice these key points: first,according to the risk prevention and control as well as the guidance principle, to establish and perfect Fintech supervision system;second,to evaluate the future risk of Fintech and promote the effectiveness of supervision;third,to friendly use the supervision theory, cultivate suitable developing ecosystem,and figure out the balance between the supervision and innovation; fourth,according to the principle of technology first and system follow up,to perfect Regtech development and promote its legalization progress;and fifth,to enhance the cooperation between international supervisions and explore to establish the global supervision framework for Fintech.
