February 9, 2020 marks the 100th anniversary of the signing of the Paris Treaty on Spitsbergen. This event was dedicated to the International Scientific Conference in Arkhangelsk on October 29-30, 2020. The article provides brief information about the conference and the collection of its materials. The main attention is paid to materials related to fishing in the Svalbard Square.
