THE INFLUENCE OF ECONOMIC TRANSFORMATIONS ON NATURAL AND INDUSTRIAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY IN THE CONTEXT OF THE FOURTH INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION
Abstract: The essence of the concept of economic transformations in the context of the fourth industrial revolution is revealed. The vectors of positive and negative influence of transformation processes on the level of ecological and natural and technological safety are determined. The modern approaches and methods of realization of structural transformations through the synergistic interaction effect are analyzed. The approaches to the instrumental assessment of the impact of transformations on the level of safety ty of the territory are proposed.
There has been formed an algorithm based on the current legal framework for the implementation of public-private partnership projects in the field of environmental security, as well as there have been analyzed the forms of implementation of such projects .
There is highlighted a number of conditions that impede the introduction of a public-private partnership mechanism in the field of environmental security in Ukraine.
