Abstract
The main purpose of the article is to study the use of the digital ruble in the Russian Federation.
The authors use scientific materials of domestic and foreign authors, apply theoretical and empirical research
methods. The predominant part of the work is devoted to the factors of the use of the digital ruble in our country.
The relevance of digitalization in the modern world, issues of the development and use of the digital ruble
in Russia, the purpose of this currency, its advantages and disadvantages, the mechanism of operation, the
effectiveness of the use and the future of the digital ruble in the national economy are investigated.
