This study aims to figure out the influence of home-related physical activities on children’s physical activity capacity and emotions. To this end, a total of 360 people consisting of 180 children aged from three to five―90 are in the controlled group and the rest 90 participating in home-related physical activities are in the experiment group ―in a childcare center located in B and 180 parents of them who agreed to take part in the experiment were selected. The results of this study are as follows. First, with regard to physical strength depending on the participation in home-related physical activities, physical strength of the children who carried out the activities grew more than of the children who did not. Second, in the case of physical activity capacity depending on the participation in home-related physical activities, the amount of physical activity of the children who carried out the activities increased more than of the children who did not, resulting in enough sleep, reduced time spent watching TV, and further, better physical activity attitude. Third, in terms of emotion control ability depending on the participation in home-related physical activities, the ability of the children who carried out the activities improved more than of the children who did not, and their mal-adaptive emotion control ability decreased. Since children’s physical activities raise their physical activity capacity and help them feel psychological relaxation on the basis of positive emotion control ability, it is considered that the need for home-related physical activity programs that children can take part in with their parents (guardians) should be more stressed and national policies for practical application of them is necessary.
