PENGGUNAAN ALAT PELINDUNG DIRI DENGAN KEJADIAN DERMATITIS KONTAK PADA PETANI DI KECAMATAN PAMIJAHAN BOGOR TAHUN 2019
Abstract
Kelainan dan gangguan kesehatan yang terjadi akibat keracunan akut pada pestisida salah satunya berupa iritasi kulit dan mata. Dermatitis kontak merupakan dermatitis yang disebabkan oleh bahan atau substansi yang menempel pada kulit. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara perilaku tentang penggunaan APD dengan kejadian dermatitis kontak pada petani di Kecamatan Pamijahan Bogor tahun 2019. Metode Penelitian menggunakan deskriptif korelatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi berjumlah 73 orang. Analisis yang digunakan univariat dan bivariat, menggunakan chi-square dengan nilai α = 5%. Hasil Penelitian didapatkan variabel yang berhubungan dengan kejadian dermatitis kontak yaitu pengetahuan (p value=0,000), sikap (p value=0,001), dan tindakan (p value=0,000). Simpulan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara perilaku tentang penggunaan APD dengan kejadian dermatitis kontak pada petani di Kecamatan Pamijahan Bogor tahun 2019. Saran perlu ditingkatkan penggunaan APD dengan lengkap pada saat menggunakan pestisida dimana APD sangat penting bagi petani pada saat mencampur pestisida hingga mencuci alat-alat aplikasi agar meminimalkan kejadian dermatitis kontak. Sebaiknya petani datang penyuluhan/pelatihan agar mengetahui bahaya pestisida.

Contact dermatitis is dermatitis that is caused by a substance or substance attached to the skin. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between behavior about the use of PPE with the incidence of contact dermatitis in farmers in Pamijahan Subdistrict, Bogor in 2019. The research method used descriptive correlative with cross sectional approach. The population is 73 people. The analysis used univariate and bivariate, using chi-square with a value of α = 5%. The results showed that variables related to the incidence of contact dermatitis were knowledge (p value = 0,000), attitude (p value = 0.001), and actions (p value = 0,000). Conclusion there is a significant relationship between behavior about the use of PPE with the incidence of contact dermatitis in farmers in Pamijahan Subdistrict, Bogor in 2019. Suggestions need to be improved in the use of PPE completely when using pesticides where PPE is very important for farmers when mixing pesticides to washing application tools in order to minimize the incidence of contact dermatitis. Farmers should come to counseling/training to know the dangers of pesticides.
