КРИЗОВІ ЯВИЩА ЯК ОСНОВА ВИНИКНЕННЯ ДЕСТАБІЛІЗАЦІЙНИХ ПРОЦЕСІВ В ЕКОНОМІЦІ: АКТУАЛЬНІСТЬ ТЕОРІЙ ТА РОЗВИТОК КРИЗИСОЛОГІЧНИХ ДОСЛІДЖЕНЬ
Анотація
У статті розглянуто кризові явища та їх вплив на економіку через дестабілізаційні процеси, які відбуваються в соціально-економічній системі на різних рівнях її ієрархії (макро-, мезо- або мікрорівні). Досліджено генезис поняття «криза» та її соціально-економічну суть. Визначено необхідність проведення аналізу теорій кризових явищ і розвитку кризисологічних досліджень (кризисології) з метою обґрунтування актуальності і важливості їх застосування для підтримання стійкості економіки і запобігання її коливанням в умовах настання кризи, а також розробки методики формування ефективної системи антикризового управління, як основного елементу стратегії протистояння кризам та їх профілактики. Обґрунтовано важливість провадження наукових досліджень кризи в рамках економічних процесів, які визначають сучасний стан світової економіки і тенденції її розвитку. Проаналізовано на підставі наукових поглядів вчених основні підходи і концепції в історичному аспекті до визначення причин, умов та наслідків економічних криз, застосування можливих антикризових заходів для їх урегулювання. Виокремлено характеристики і загальні тенденції формування кризових явищ в економічних системах на підставі конкретних прикладів протікання глобальних економічних криз. Надано авторське визначення категорії «кризові явища в економіці».
