Abstract

In criminal law the subjective liability is general and the trespasses too. There are ‘bagatelle crimes’
generalised in the 19th century in the Hungarian legal system. In administrative law one can find
mostly objective responsibility or accountability system. There is no need to find a general sanction
for all administrative facts. The petty offence or bagatelle crime is not the right one. That is only
one kind of sanctioning in the administrative law.
