The purpose of this study is to develop an artificial intelligence education program based on experiential learning(EL) for liberal arts education for non-technical students. This training program has established a development process based on the ADDIE model. This artificial intelligence education program was based on Kolb's experiential learning theory to experience AI through various experiences and practice. The AI-Experiential Learning model includes four steps of 'AI experience', 'AI observation', 'AI conceptualization', and 'AI application'. In addition, the educational content areas of artificial intelligence consisted of 'Artificial Intelligence and Society', 'Artificial Intelligence Technology', and 'Artificial Intelligence Ethics', and detailed contents were set to the level necessary for non-technical students. Based on this, the purpose, character, and goal of the artificial intelligence education program were set, and detailed composition was made based on 30 hours of 15 weeks. In this educational program, 14 experts reviewed Delphi and analyzed 63 students' responses through class. It was developed by reflecting the result and finally evaluating and revising it. Expert Delphi results for the final training program were all good. In the responses of the students, it was revealed that the difficulty was appropriate, and the students' interest and satisfaction in the experiential learning-based class were also high.
