본 연구는 산촌관광의 일환으로 완도군 군외면 삼두리 산촌마을을 대상으로 마을의 문화자원 및 산림자원을 연계한 체험 프로그램 개발과 동시에 산림복지전문가 및 산림전문가를 대상으로 산촌체험 프로그램을 경험하도록 한 후, 중요도-만족도 분석법을 이용하여 산촌활성화 속성을 규명하고자 수행하였다. 그 결과, 첫째 삼두 산촌체험 프로그램은 마을자원 스토리텔링과 근육이완 스트레칭, 숲속 걷기(경관) 및 명상, 숲속 명상 및 호흡, 숲길 맨발걷기, 동백 족욕(온수), 동백꽃 차 테라피, 치유도시락으로 연계한 프로그램을 제안하였다. 둘째, 중요도 만족도 속성의 대응표본 t검증 결과, 마을자원, 프로그램 내용 및 운영 그룹의 12개 항목을 제외한 21개 항목에서 통계적으로 유의적인 차이를 보였다. 셋째, 중요도 평균은 4.42, 만족도는 3.49로 분석되었고, 중요도와 만족도 간의 차이는 난대 산림자원에 대한 이해와 경험 속성을 제외하고 모두 양(+)의 값이 도출되어 전반적으로 중요도에 비해 만족도가 낮은 것으로 파악되었다. 넷째, 우선시정 사면에 해당하는 Ⅱ사분면에는 ‘숲길 해설판 설치’ 속성 등 11개 속성이 포함되었으며, 과잉노력지양(Possible Overkill)을 의미하는 Ⅳ사분면에는 3개의 속성으로 분석되었다. 삼두 산촌의 활성화 방안으로 다양한 체험 프로그램 개발, 마을 리더 양성 및 산촌마을 지원, 지역 공동체형 거버넌스 구축, 산촌에 대한 다양한 정보제공에 대하여 제언하였다.

This study was conducted to develop an experience program linking the village’s cultural and forest resources in Samdu-ri, Gunoe-myeon, Wando-gun, and to experience mountain village experience programs for forest welfare experts and forest experts, and to investigate the activation of mountain villages using importance-satisfaction analysis. As a result, the first Samdu Mountain Village Experience Program proposed a program linked to village resource storytelling, muscle relaxation stretching, forest walking (scenery) and meditation, forest meditation and breathing, forest path barefoot walking, camellia foot bath (hot water), camellia tea therapy, and healing lunchbox. Second, as a result of t-verification of the response sample of the importance satisfaction attribute, there were statistically significant differences in 21 items excluding 12 items of village resources, program content, and operation group. Third, the importance average was analyzed to be 4.42 and satisfaction to 3.49, and the difference between importance and satisfaction was found to be lower than overall importance as all positive (+) values were derived except for the understanding and experience attributes of warm forest resources. Fourth, the second quadrant corresponding to the corrective slope included 11 attributes, including the “installation of forest road commentators,” and the fourth quadrant, which means overkill, was analyzed as three attributes. As a way to revitalize Samdu Mountain Village, various experience programs were developed, village leaders were trained, mountain village support, local community governance was established, and various information on mountain villages was suggested.
