 2. Approximately 30% of temples designated as evacuation space have been used in the event of a disaster.
 3. Temples with the intent to serve as evacuation space in the event of a widespread disaster accounted almost nine out of ten.
 4. Only 36% of temples designated as evacuation shelters have built relationships with government agencies.
