The purpose of investigation was to detect efficiency of antibacterial action of methylene blue (MB) activated by laser on pathogenic culture of Staphylococcus aureus in vitro. Daily cultures were grown up in test tubes on oblique agar at 37°C. Concentration of methylene blue (MB) was 0,2%, 0,1% and 0,05%. A number of parallels for every variant was 4, number of repeats was 3. Activation of methylene blue was made by diod laser 630 nm during 3 or 5 minutes. MB suppressed growth of Staphylococcus aureus. After 24 hours the maximal suppression of growth of microorganisms is marked in group without centrifugation with use of 0,2% MB in exposure of laser 3 minutes. After 48 hours the maximal suppression of growth of microorganisms was in group without centrifugation with using 0,1% MB in duration of laser radiation of 5 minutes.
